I had the fan motor of my old furnace unit from 1994 finally give out. Brandon, the technician, was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions and help in locating the part. He checked the entire system for other issues. It was a great experience and I will contact them in the future. Read Less

The experience I had with Climate Control couldn't have been better. I had a unit that needed servicing, the company I originally called, immediately started placing the bug in my head that it might need to be replaced. Every step of the way they would point to the unit needing to be replaced and in the end quoted me $13.5k for a new indoor and outdoor unit. I called Climate Control for a second opinion, Mason showed up and was very thorough and professional. He explained how for every one of his tests and readings, mine was perfectly within specs and certainly did not need to be replaced. In the end it was a service call was all that he charged, for excellent service and honesty. Would recommend these guys to anyone who asked. Read Less
