Technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and courteous. Climate Control service associates are very professional, friendly and efficient. My AC stopped cooling, called it in and the tech was at my home within the hour. I had these guys out to service my mini splits and two other times for warranty repairs. Five stars all three times. They show up on time, are very polite and courteous. They also do a great job of explaining what they are doing and how long it will take. And most importantly they do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Read Less

Our unit went down and These guys came out and found the issue. We opted for a new unit and it was installed quickly and professionally. Climate Control has been our HVAC TEAM for 16 years. They installed our previous unit in 2009 and maintained it for almost 16 years we are looking forward to another 15 years of great service. Read Less
