The experience I had with Climate Control couldn't have been better. I had a unit that needed servicing, the company I originally called, immediately started placing the bug in my head that it might need to be replaced. Every step of the way they would point to the unit needing to be replaced and in the end quoted me $13.5k for a new indoor and outdoor unit. I called Climate Control for a second opinion, Mason showed up and was very thorough and professional. He explained how for every one of his tests and readings, mine was perfectly within specs and certainly did not need to be replaced. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience with Climate Control Ac & Heating services my air conditioning unit. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The attention to detail and thoroughness in his work were truly impressive. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also performed a complete inspection to ensure everything was functioning optimally. The level of expertise and dedication to quality service was evident throughout the visit. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend to anyone in need of air conditioning maintenance or repair. I was having AC issues. I called on a Saturday at 7:10 am. I spoke to a very nice person at their answering service. At 7:30 am. I received a call from a very nice tech named Jon. He said he would be at my house in 50 minutes. About 45 minutes later Jon arrived. He was very professional, and proficient. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the condenser. I have used Climate Control AC & Heating a few times now, twice for repairs and I recently began their twice-a-year preventative maintenance plan.
