My technician was courteous, prompt, and... very good about asking me if I had questions, and explaining everything that was being done. Came out and performed very thorough maintenance of our system. Changed out all filters and cleaned the units. When a... breaker failed, Jose went above and beyond by returning late in evening to evaluate the issue. He purchased a new breaker (after looking in 4 different locations) and replaced it the next morning before work hours.Jose and his partner were extremely thorough and very informative as to any possible issues with our system. Climate control has been a reliable service for us for many years.read more

I Bought the whole new ac unit six years ago from this company and the blower/motor broke already, (my last unit lasted... 12 years) it's still under warranty so they told me all I have to pay is labor, which I said is fine but they charge me $280.00!! technician took 30 min to change the motor, $280 for 1/2 hour of labor!!! Is ridiculous and outrageous,They basically charge me for the motor! I hope this new motor last longerread more

Had a reconstruction on our ducting due to house construction. We had to have them come back to reconstruct the made... up manifold. Took 3 times to get the communication between the scheduling and plan for the reconstruction as a redo. We understand it was made up but it was not reviewed or job approved! Because it was leaking air which would have cause condensation and air slippage from the man made constructed unit inside the actual room not in the walls. Which was fine we needed the adjustments. Unfortunately the scheduling hours and job hours were not communicated. I had to call assure there was ample of time to get the job done based on the work.read more

UPDATE: So it doesn't seem like I can respond to the owner's request. They indeed have been out to my house multiple... times over the past 6 yrs since time of build. Also the privacy law statement isn't true as indicated by Lennox representatives when speaking with them.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've spent hundreds of dollars in repair costs correcting the lazy mistakes and shortcuts this company has made when installing 3 units in a new build.Some examples are: not following code when installing the units and drainage, poor workmanship and not following best practices. The 3 units have had so many issues this would constitute gross negligence on the installation.For my new Lennox units, they failed to take a few minutes to register w/Lennox so I could get an extended warranty. With the coil recalls I was out of luck and had to pay even more money towards their replacement.I quit using their warranty services when I saw the inexperienced technicians they kept sending out.I'm wholly dissatisfied and would take them to court but it's not worth the cost. This is a warning to existing and future customers. Beware when engaging this company!read more

I just called at 1:30 to realtors they called y’all and y’all called by 1:40 to come out to service the AC Thank You it... is 80 degrees .To have y’all be here from now -7pm is amazing.read more

They did a thorough examination of my system and diagnosed the problem. The unit was installed by another company and... it never cooled as it should and then it quit working. Climate Control found the main problem. The raccoons in the attic turned the breaker off!Then they checked the refrigerant level and it was very low. I told them that every year since I had it installed the other company would come out and put more refrigerant. Climate Control recommended to check for a leak. The other company told me it was very expensive to check for and fix a leak; it is cheaper to just get it recharged every year($100's) or so they said.Climate Control found the leak. Replaced the coils and I still had 6 months left on the 10 year warranty and it was covered! They were very fair and saved me thousands of dollars. They came right out found the problems. Came back out with with a new coil. Installed the new coil charged the system up with refrigerant twice; once to keep me cool until the coil could be install and then again afterward. My unit works better than ever.Best ever A/C repair experience. I highly recommend them. They are cool.read more

Climate Control has provided optimal support every time we've called. They respond immediately to emails! Today was no... exception. We wanted their preventive maintenance pkg before the Texas heat really gets started. Jaime Rosas called when he was on the way, introduced himself, confirmed the service being performed and got to work. Jaime noticed water in the drip pan and flushed the system. Then he checked the AC unit outside. His detected a problem during the tests. The a part had to be replaced. He explained the cost of the part and why we needed to replace it. It was a huge cost savings! Jaime is OUTSTANDING and truly a subject matter expert. Thank you so much Climate Control!read more

Let me begin by saying I do extensive amounts of research before my purchases, especially large ones. I spoke by phone... or email and met with about 8 different A/C companies, including some of the larger more well known ones. There was one company I had high hopes for do to what I’ve heard, but their availability to meet for an estimate before the time frame i wanted to get this all situated didn’t workSo unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to better evaluate and pass on my personal experience with them.That being said, after all my research and final assessment on everything/everyone; I was surprised based off reviews of some larger/well known companies and what they brought to the table compared to companies I was less familiar with but came highly recommended by close friends. At the end of the day none of the larger/well known companies made it on my top 3(majority were nice, knowledgeable but each of them were not a good fit for us in one way or another(price being one of them)). We greatly appreciated everyone’s time none the less.All I ask is do your due diligence, in-depth research, have patience, don’t fall or get caught up in any of the many sales tactics. Don’t be intimidated, know what you want and looking for, go with your gut, transparency, straight forward and have plan. Also being able to learn a lot when a company tries so hard to validate why they charge as much as they do, the price being inflated too much shows a lot of a company as well; the large room they leave to negotiate(games&lack if transparency). These things helped me move things along.We were looking for the best overall fit for our home and family. We considered all the following but not limited to; reviews(to an extent/see for yourself), best initial upfront price(even before any negotiations), transparency, communication, customer service, punctuality, professionalism, elevated knowledge & experience, no games or gimmicks(i understand it’s a business and need to make money, but consumer it’s your money!). Look at the big picture and your individual situation when making an educated decision for you and/or your family.Based off what we were looking for; after meeting Bobby who was a direct representation of Climate Control and nothing less then a breath of fresh air, kind, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, genuine, transparent, great communication, and one of the main reasons that allowed us to quickly reach a educated decision and find the best fit for our home with Climate Control. Our experience with everyone from initially scheduling to following up days after install to make sure we were satisfied has been great and we are extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!read more

The people I talked to over the phone were courteous and professional. I was given an appointment for a service call... the same day I called. They were efficient in locating a part that was needed once the problem with my furnace was discovered and scheduled the techs to come back the next day. I was given the total cost for the work beforehand so there were no surprises.Omero and Jaime were the techs that came to my home both days. They arrived on the earlier side of the window of scheduled appointment each time. I appreciated that. They were courteous, friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were clean not only in appearance but also in the way they worked.They kept me informed of what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. Once they completed the job they went over everything with my husband and myself. They checked everything before leaving to make sure it was working properly.This company has our business from now on and I would highly recommend them when it comes to heating and cooling.read more
