Mikie is the best! Takes the time needed to explain things and to get things right. Want to also add that he fixed a problem that had plagued me for 8 years by calibrating a thermostat. Now my temperature keeps a steady 76 deg. He's the best.

Last Saturday about noon I noticed the one side of our house felt cooler, no heat. Called Climate Control, the answering service answered. The girl was very nice and knowledgeable. Told me a fellow would call back about my problem, which he did. Told me when he would arrive. He was on time and knew what my problem was. He was very helpful and had my heating system up and running. We have used Climate Control for about 15 years. They put my heating and A/C in then. They are very reliable and knowledgeable.

We had called our community contractor and they never showed up after we had dealt with A/C issues over the weekend. I called Climate Control and they sent someone same day. Leo R. was great to work with. He was very thorough, was very transparent with what our options were, and succinctly explained what our issue was. Thanks to him, our A/C is back to keeping our house cool in time for the heat. The overall cost was very reasonable compared to fees from our community contractor too. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing HVAC/AC issues in the San Antonio area!!

One year follow-up for my mini-split units in our four seasons patio enclosure was today. Andrew was our Service Tech and he was very professional, friendly, and most of all honest. After he briefly looked at my units and the outside unit, he mentioned that I was taking very good care of everything and there wouldn’t be much else he could do… but if I wanted to move forward with the annual cleaning, he would certainly take care of that for me.
